SeasideInk sells print-on-demand apparel at seasideink.com. Contact: store@seasideink.com.

2. Made-to-order products

Every SeasideInk item is produced on demand when you place your order. We do not hold stock. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Because items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference changes — please review our Return & Refund Policy and size guides carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless you have selected a different currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or description. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, text, and branding on seasideink.com are owned by SeasideInk and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use our website to: transmit harmful or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; engage in scraping or automated data collection; or infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access to the site. Product colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeasideInk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
