When you place an order or interact with our store, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact data — name, email address, shipping address, phone number
  • Payment data — processed securely by Shopify Payments or your chosen payment provider. We never store your full card details.
  • Order data — items purchased, order history, delivery information
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, cookies
  • Marketing preferences — whether you opted in to email communications

3. How we use your data

  • To process and fulfil your orders
  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates
  • To send marketing emails, if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To improve our website and understand how customers find us
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only with the partners needed to run our business:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Shopify Privacy Policy
  • Printful — our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, who receives your name and shipping address to produce and deliver your order. Printful Privacy Policy
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other providers you choose at checkout
  • Google — we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic. Data is anonymised where possible.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and your session active. We also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We retain your order data for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

9. California customers — CCPA
