Shipping policy

Every SeasideInk piece is made to order — your item goes into production the moment you place your order. Here is everything you need to know about how and when it will reach you.

Production time

All orders require 2–5 business days for production before they ship. This applies to all products including hoodies, tees, and kids items. Production times may be slightly longer during peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season).

Shipping times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States — 3–5 business days
  • Canada — 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe — 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand — 10–15 business days
  • Rest of world — 10–20 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders of $69 or more
  • Shipping rates for all other orders and destinations are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in that email to follow your package. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

International orders — customs and duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are unable to predict what these charges may be — please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at store@seasideink.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We begin production quickly and may not be able to modify your order after it is placed. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at store@seasideink.com. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
