Refund policy

Because every SeasideInk piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We will make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item (wrong design, colour, or size)
  • Your order is lost in transit

In any of these cases, contact us at store@seasideink.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Sale items & gift cards

These are final sale and cannot be refunded.

European Union customers

As our products are made to order to your specification, they are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling off period under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. However, your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain fully in force.
